This zone is situated in the South-East of Romania, containing the Danube delta. Here live many non-Romanian ethnicities. This has caused the great variation in rhythmic styles, often of uneven measure. Some of the popular dances song rhythms are Pandelaşul, Drăgăicuţa, Ca pe baltă, Tropca and Bătuta dobrogeana.
